BECOME A MEMBER OF C.C.A.C.
Membership dues are $25.00 per calendar year and are due by March 1st in order to receive your S.O.S. Event ticket which is a $15.00 value.
Your dues entitle you to the free ticket into our biggest fundraiser, voting rights at public meetings, a copy of our bi-annual newsletter and your membership card.
If you do not have one of our membership brochures, please write your name, address, phone number, email and any talents you could bring to C.C.A.C. on a piece of paper and mail with your check for $25.00 made payable to C.C.A.C. to: C.C.A.C. Membership, P.O. Box 513, Warrenton, Mo. 63383.
